Suggest Treatment For Hurting Pain In The Head Region Caused By A Head Injury

I was going down a steep hill on my skateboard and came tho a dead stop I tried to catch my stuff and run with it but I slid and feel I hit my head really hard and my neck hurts really bad it s been a few days but it still hurts I can t turn or lift my head and I can t lay it down or its clinches and I have to let my head fall

Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having sever strain of neck muscles with spam giving this problem.
Take some NSAID medicine with muscle relaxant medicines for 3-5 days.
Apply muscle relaxant cream on the part.
If problem persisted then go for x-ray or CT scan to rule out any injury on cervical spines.
Ok and take care.
