Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele In Left Testicle
I have a hydrocele in left testicle, about the size of a a baseball. Im not interested in surgery since everything Ive read and heard is that it could typically come back anyway. I would prefer it be drained, but am having trouble finding a urologist that will drain it. Suggestions?

Noted your history of left sided hydrocele about the size of a baseball.
You do not want to get operated.
Needle aspiration will always allow the recurrence whereas the proper surgery is done to avoid the recurrence.
Baseball sized is quite big and does cause the problems in day-to-day life.
Hence go for the proper surgery.
