Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele In The Left Testicle

I am going on a trip to Mexico with my girlfriend, and her family. I have a tense hydrocele the size of a kiwi on my left testicle. Is it OK to fly with a hydrocele, and will it set off the new body scanner detectors that they have at the airport? I don t want it to rupture, or be embarrassed having a false alarm on the scanner, and have to be taken to a separate room to have a search done, or something. My girlfriend is the only one that knows about my hydrocele.

Hello
Thanks for query .

Hydrocele is a collection of clear fluid between two layers of Tunica Vaginalis around the Testis and it will not be detected on body scan as an abnormal or suspicious fluid .

Do not worry .It never gets ruptured unless one gets injured over scrotum .
