Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele Testis

I believe I have a Hydrocell left testicle,( Diagnosed by a Dr. 2 yrs ago) at that ttime he said there would be no issue even though it is large, could have it drained but would fill again he said. No issues at this time however curious to know if there is any danger of cancer developing? I am 73 yrs. old.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Since you are 73 years old , the chances of cancer are very rare.
Ye to get a confirmatory diagnosis, it is better to get a CT scan or MRI done or even a simple ultrasonography and color doppler can help.

Once the diagnosis is made , please go ahead with a definite surgery.
