Doctor, I am 20 years old boy. four years ago I suffered from hydrocele of right side testis and then it causes atrophy. this is affecting the sexual growth such as less hair density on right side beard , deepness of my eyes etc. Is there any treatment for that? Please help me. What will be the cost for the treatment?

HI.
Thanks for your query.

After reading your history, let me tell you that hydrocele can not cause testicular atrophy. IT would have been a case of testicular torsion causing secondary hydrocele which was not diagnosed and treated in time.

To clear the doubts about sexual growth, less hair density deepness of eyws ans so no, I would advise you the following:
Consult a Andrologist or an Urologist.
Get a Physical examination done.
Get the blood hormones levels done
Get ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and abdomen too.
I hope you do not have Gynecomastia, get checked for this too.

-The less hair growth on one side of face can have a local skin problem and a consultation with a Dermatologist is necessary. Hormone deficiency will cause similar problems on both sides of face.

Once the diagnosis is made treatment can be done according to the findings.
Cost will depend upon which treatment you will require.
