General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The extent of kidney damage reflected by hydronephrosis, raised creatinine indicate upcoming long term complications of diverse systems. In my clinic, I do recommend a renal biopsy for the final management algorithm, if the patient is fit to undergo the procedure safely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
