Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation Of Face

Hi doctor my skin colour is fair but day by day my hole body became black and face is also became black I have start using skin lite cream from 3 year I became fair but when I am using skin lite cream my face becomes red so many times i have think to stop using skinlite cream but when ever i stop my face become black

What can i do to get my orignal colour back
How can i improve my skin colour
Please help i really need help

skin colour is due to melanin pigmantation with expouser of sunlight.should not use any cream or medication. simply avoid expouser tosunlight.
