Suggest Treatment For Hyperacidity

I am suffering from hyper acidity from 3 to 4 years & taking omeparazole from 3 years, but some times when acidity increses , dr has prescribed me Penta DSR either Rabeparazole DSR for 10 to 15 days & after feelinf relief in it i again camo back on omiparazole. now i am again facing hyperacidity situation ,what should i take now so that i can get relief from this .

Hi welcome to HCM...

You can take Diegene syrup and pantoprazole tablets ...
It will help in relieving acidity ...

But here permanent treatment has to be done ...
It could be simple gastroesophageal reflux disease or secondary to hiatus hernia ...

If medical management not responding and excess reflux there surgical management like fundoplication can be done if doctor feels that ...

Meanwhile avoid heavy meal , avoid excess spicy foods ...
Head elevation while sleeping

Avoid smoking as it can lower the LES tone
