General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Hyperhidrosis is commonly caused due to hyperthermia, stress or anxiety disorder. You are suggested to get assessed by a GP. Your treating doctor will give you nerve blocking & antidepressant medications.

Antiperspirant medications & Botulinum injections are effective. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes, avoid spicy food & alcohol.

Water retention occurs due to lymphedema, kidney or liver disorder, lymphedema. Get physically examined, get blood & imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.

Cut on the salt intake. Manage high blood pressure, get cardiac check up done. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
