I have got lesions of localised hyperkeratosis on both soles of feet. Both feet are dry and with cracks.Some doctor has pescribed application of Hydrate cream on whole of both soles twice a day followed by application of Propysalic NF ointment on the lesions.May I have your valuable opinion please? You seem to have palmoplantar keratoderma. It may be genetic in origin. The skin of palms and soles become dry and thick. There may be fissures also. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Acitretin cap 10 mg daily with vitamin E cap 400 mg daily for few months might give good result. Apply moisturising and keratolytic cream like xerina cream twice a day. Avoid soap contact. Dettol liq may be usedto wash the area. Take carrot and papaya more in diet. You may be benefitted. I hope you got my answer.
