HI. Thank you for using healthcare magic
Seems like you have used the entire spectrum of medications for acne that are prescribed.Few things you need to know about your condition.
Acne is caused by hormones in the body and is extremely common at your age. The problem tends to have its flares during periods of stress or if you are on certain medications that cause acne.In most cases it reduces after 25 years as the hormonal imbalances come down.
First and foremost you need to use a a benzoyl peroxide based face wash.Dont apply any cream, moisturizer or sunscreen lotions over your face.
Start taking azithromycin tablet 500 mg four days in a week, use clindamycin gel twice daily and benzoyl peroxide gel at night over your pimples. Use glycolic acid based cream for your pimple marks.
If possible fix an appointment with a dermatologist to start getting chemical peeling done over your face.
Hope this was helpful.
