Suggest Treatment For Hyperthroidism

Hi. I have hyperthroidism. I stopped taking my meds for about 8-12wks. Now I take them but not like I should. I smoke marijauna, but it seems now my glands are swolen and it hurts as if a scratchy feeling. Is this because Im smoking or because I havent been taking my meds?I'm not sure what my levels are. I havent seen the doctor in about 6-8months.
