General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Mr.Charles,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
Going through your thyroid profile report, the following conclusions can be drawn:
1. TSH of 0.02 is quite low as the normal range is 0.5 - 6 uU/ml.
2. FT4 of 28 is quite high as the normal range is 0.7 - 1.9 ng/dl.
3. FT3 of 5 is is also little high as the normal range is 2.3 - 4.2 pg/mL.
Hence, the hyperthyroid status what you are facing doesn't show any improvement.
You need to consult a Surgeon or Endocrinologist so that your illness can be evaluated properly and managed accordingly. You may require some more investigations in the form of imaging studies apart from hormone levels in blood to diagnose what could be the reason for your condition.
Hope the information provided is useful.
Wish you all the best.
