Suggest Treatment For Hyperthyroidism

I had tested blood THS . My result 8.36µIU/mL.I KNOW IT IS CALLED HYPERTHYROIDISM Also WBC IS 16.82*10^9/L,RBC. 8.8 .now what I can do;T3&T4 ,I2 test is need; what I can do now!! All s/s &s/m are same.please tell me that what I do.Sir, Where is my advice, please email me.are you hearing me????? Where is my Answer????

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Normal TSH level is 0.4-4 mIU/ml.
You have high TSH value.
It will occur in hypothyroidism not in hyperthyroidism.
Low level of T3 and T4 from the thyroid decrease the feed back inhibition and lead to high TSH level.
You should go for free T3, free T4, anti-TPO antibody, T3 uptake test for further management.
Consult the endocrinologist for better management.
Doctor will start thyronorm tablet to treat hypothyroidism in lower dose.
Test should be repeated after 4-6 week of starting therapy to manage dose, progress and response to therapy.
