Suggest Treatment For Hypoechoic Solid Mass Lesion In Uterus
Hi.. I had an Ultrasound of USD Abdomen Lower/Pelvic Organs/ Uterus Adenexa 2D. the impression found: 01. Bulky uterus with submucosal fibroid. 02. Broad cervix with ? cervicities and minimal cervical collection.
Description of Uterus on the utrasound report: Anteverted in position and bulky in size which measures about 49.9 mm in AP diameter. Myoketrium is homogeneous with centrally placed endometrial echo. A well defined, hypoechoic inhomogeneous solid mass lesion, measuring about 28.1 x 27.7 x 34.5 mm in size is seen at the lower posterior wall of the uterus. endometrial thickness measures about 9.7 mm
Doctor said to do the surgery. please advise me, if there were anything i could try rather than surgery. thank you.
