Hello,

Please there is nothing wrong in your present penis condition. It can be like that. Hypogonadism means diminished functional activity of the gonads—the testes or the ovaries—that may result in diminished production of sex hormones.Male hypogonadism is a condition in which the body doesn't produce enough testosterone. This hormone plays a role in masculine growth and development during puberty. If the body doesn't produce enough testosterone, the result may be impaired growth of the penis. For diagnosis you may consult an urologist or a endocrinologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
