Suggest Treatment For Hypothermia During Hiking

Hi I suffered from mild-moderate hypothermia from hiking in 3 degree weather. My temp eventually went back to normal after about 4 hours of being in an extremely heated car, although my chest hurt and I was coughing all night. This morning I woke up with chills, a bad productive cough, diarrhea, and my body temp is hovering around 95-96

Hi,
It is not wise to expose yourself to rapidly changing temperatures. It baffles your temperature regulation center and also exposes you to certain metabolic stress.
In your case, it seems you have some kind of infection, probably a flu or pneumonia. Viral infections commonly cause diarrhea also along with cough and chest pain.
I would recommend you to consult a physician for getting proper workup done and starting over antibiotics if necessary.
All the best.
