General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Low blood pressure can cause increased heart rate, clammy sensation , weakness along with additional symptoms.

There are some persons who have a blood pressure then tends to be low but they do not have any symptoms. If symptoms occur then the person needs to be treated.
Increased fluid and salt intake would help.

May need to be assessed by your doctor if this recurs.

I hope this helps
