Hello,
Thank you for using HCM. I read your query and i will try to give you some suggestion regarding your concerns.
You didn't mention your symptoms, but you reported to be the same as those of hypothyroidism i.e; feeling sleepy, fatigue, constipation ect.
Your doctor is right, the hormonal tests can make the diagnoses of hypothyroidism and as they resulted to be within the normal range you have to find out another cause.
If you were a patient at my clinic i would suggest to do a general check up (if you didn't do it) to see the function of the kidneys, liver,a full blood count to rule out an anemia, electrolytes, Vit D level and a cortisol level at 8 a.m.
You didn't mention your age and gender, are these symptoms related to menopause?
I am opened to clarify your further queries.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
