Hi I had got my tubed tied two years ago and I got hyperthyroidism and I got hystroscopy done but that past week I been getting sick breast got bigger and hurting also leaking I took to pregnancy test one was positive the other was negative ca I be pregnant?

It is always good to go to a gynecologist and confirm whether you are pregnant or not. Tubal ligation will not give full protection against pregnancy. If you become pregnant after tubal ligation, if can be due to recanalisation leading to normal pregnancy of more importantly, it can be due to tubal pregnancy. Breastfeeding engorgement and nipple discharge can be due to multiple causes. If not pregnant, you may have to get a serum prolactin estimation.
