Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I am hypothyroid patienet from last three years. i am taking medicine of thyroxin 200microgram. i tried ayurvedic as well as homeopathic but due to ayuervedic medicine i put on weight and due to homeopathic i suffered from skin disease so tell me is dnanoni fruit will suit me or not

it is adjusted to keep TSH around 3
