I have hypothyrodisim andI am taking Levothyroxine I am trying to lose the massive weight I have gained. i bought hydroxycut max for women to help burn some of the unwanted fat while I workout but my mother told me I shouldnt take fatburners. So what should I do?

AVOID FATBURNERS. do regular exercises, take thyroxine and maintain TSH within normal range. reduce calories intake.

gradually reduce weight 2-3 kgs per month
