Suggest Treatment For Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Panic Attacks And Social Anxiety Disorder

I have suffered panic, anxiety, phobic, social disdrder for many years,the panic attacks keep me from wanting to leave home. I also have IDPFibrosis, oxygen 24/7, hoping to be candidate for a double lung transplant, anxiety, panic makes it almost diffucult to leave home, almost like im air hungery. The upper part of lung have honeycombed already. Im about one-half yr away, IM praying to get new Lungs. What do one of your doctors suggest? please help?

I really appreciate your concern, this is sever functional condition you might have developed and I would like to advise you to bring back your confidence, be practical, positive, trust your self, be patience, balance your thoughts, try some yoga, meditation, relaxation therapy, self counseling, everything would be fine soon, take care.
