My Wife Age #34 yrs old, Height#5'.4" Weight#120kgs suffering from Hypothyrodism for the last 10-12 yrs, having 2 kids (son & daughter) with a normal delivery, she is overweight 120 kgs, recently carried out operation of Laser liposuction (tummy tuck), she is housewife, consuming Thyronorm 1 tab daily. Recently since 8-10 months a new problem started, body imbalanced, about to fall down at any moment, kindly suggest for better treatment so as to kill all the desease she has...

If you are not keen on surgery she should have lifestyle modications + weight reduction drugs like orlistat.

I would strongly recommend bariatric surgery which will really change her life as she can lose 20-30 kg with that.
