Suggest Treatment For Immense Ear Pain Due To Atmospheric Pressure

i air travelled for 13 hrs, and had severe cough before boarding. meantime i had immense ear pain due to atmospheric pressure changes. reading online i came to know that i might have ear drum- perforation, which was also seen with blood stained ear buds. my problems are follwoing.

1) after 5 days of my journey, i still feel to take rest and feels sleepy althouh i might had enough (is this something to do with eustachian tube malfunction)

2) i feels dub-dub sound while sollowing or yawning. how to cure this fast.

please let me know

Hello and thanks for your question. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible to evaluate your ears and make sure you do not have an infection. Ear drum perforations can allow bacteria to enter your middle ear and cause infection. You may also need to see an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist to evaluate and perhaps do a repair if you have a perforation. Good luck to you.
