Suggest Treatment For Immobility Of Fingers Due To Arthritis

hello sir doctor,how are you,hope u fine! my mother is 60 years old & she has romatism ache for about 2 years! her 3 fingers of both right and left hand and also her shoulders are non functional.there are some medicines she has used such as Piroxicam 10,Hydroxychloroquine, Ebetrex 2.5mg. i pleased you to give me some ideas and suggestions.thank you...!
