General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that he may be having retrograde ejaculation. This means that the semen is going backwards into the bladder.
This is one of the more common causes of lack of semen on ejaculation.

Treatment would involve: (1) making sure that he is not using any medications that cause this problem -such as prostate medication, anti depressants
(2)use medications such as pseudoephrine or imipramine that improve muscle tone at the bladder
(3)if these are not effective, then his doctor can remove sperm and insert it into you so that you can conceive

Holding the sperm and inserting it into you, would help you conceive.

I hope this helps
