I am 64 yrs old and by the online pics I saw, I believe I have early impetigo, one spot on my left forearm. it is about the roundness of a choc chip, red, a bit raised. Also has a mild itch to it. More severe cases consult dermatologist for proper examination , doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics, such as dicloxacillin, flucloxacillin, or erythromycin. Alternatively, amoxicillin combined with clavulanate potassium, cephalosporins . Protect your sking from direct sunlight .
