Suggest Treatment For Implantation Bleeding

i am 40, have 2 boys, had a myomectomy 6 months ago, ttc now, started taking fertility blend the day my period ended, my period started January 18th stay for 9 days, first days are light bleeding, then heavy,i ovulated on Jan 31th which is 7 days after period end, i started to have light spotting on Feb 3rd with cramps and terrible breast tenderness, which i don't get during my cycles, the next day light pink the 4th and the 5th. my period is not due till Feb 14th, my question is this implantation or is the fertility blend messing up my cycle?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
- Implantation bleeding is bleeding due to implantation of fertilized ovum in uterine wall which is rich in blood vessels. fertilized ovum takes about 8 days time to reach in uterus ,so the bleeding you had on 3rd Feb. can not be implantation bleeding. Again implantation bleeding is in form of slight bleeding & remains for a couple of days.It hardly needs treatment to stop.
- The bleeding you had was with cramps/breast tenderness- This suggests hormonal imbalance & needs gynecological examination/investigations & specific treatment.
-Fertility blend is a product having vitamins, antoxidants which optimize conception- it does niot have hormones which can interfere with menstrual cycle.
Thanks.
