My name is Eugene, I am 64 years old and I live in Bangladesh where medicare is beyond the reach of people like me. I have a heart problem, and recently I have become diabetic. My my main problem is... I am suffering from Impotence, Premature Ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. I have recently met with a woman who is ten years younger and we love each other very much. I am afraid, she will become disillusioned with me for my sexual failure.

Looking at your age the cause of these symptoms could be Uncontrolled Diabetes associated with atherosclerosis of penile vessels and Neuropathy.
