As you have reported your vision in left eye has deteriorated after accident. It can be injury to lens vitreous retina. They must have informed you the cause of vision deterioration. Treatment is to be planed according Ly. If the problem is due to nerve injury then you have to consult neurologist. If you are in India then report to Shankara netralaya.
