Suggest Treatment For In-coordination Of Activities,drowsiness And Memory Loss

My mother cant walk due to fractured asetabulam. She is diabetic since 12 years. total hysterectomy done in 1995.
physical activity nil.
She is suffering now from occassional in-coordination of activities, memory-loss sometimes, pill-rolling movement. severe itching, rash with pruritus all over the body, severe drowsyness
Her most recent blood report is, Urea 116, creatinine 6.25, sodium 138, potassium 5.3, haemoglobin 8.20, fasting blood sugar 135. She is taking medicines 1> wosulin 30/70, 40 unites twice daily 2> urepa 1mg once daily before lunch. 3> onglyza 5mg once before dinner. 4> K-bind half 15 gm sachet (half sachet) before dinner & lunch. in empty stomach she is having 5> Thyroxine 150mg. 6> pan 40. 7> Dytor 40mg.after having breakfast 8> plendil 10. 9> fabulus 40. 10> vitamin & iron capsule. After dinner 11> Fibator LS 72.5 , 12> Nebi 5. 13> Clopikind 75. At present she is having allegra 120 once daily & spectra 10 twice daily for severe itching & pruritus.
I want to know the diet-chart & possible other remedies or medication or beneficiary advice for her. Plz help.
