Suggest Treatment For Inability To Smile Fully

I am 28 years old, male, 5'6", 50 Kg. Since birth I am not able to smile properly. When I smile my lips move up only slightly so it looks like a straight line and if i try to force it more it moves downwards slightly. I don't have any other medical issues likes diabetes or blood pressure. Is this some sort of deformity ? Is it curable ?
