Suggest Treatment For Inability To Walk In A Child

My 4 yrs nephew have is facing the problem is that he is not able to walk with straight foot with self and he require to help any body to stand up for a some time even 2-3 min continue means don?t walk individually. I had consult with Dr Mr S L jaiswal and Dr Nadni Adwale from Jalgaon As per them this is the inheritance disease and in this disease half of the body (below waist) will stop working slowly.
