Suggest Treatment For Incompetent Cervix And Uterus

Over the course of the last 8 years I have had 2 still borns. 2 miscarriages. And 2 live births with cerclause and total bed rest. I ve had a diagnosis of incompetent cervix and uterus. With that being said. Since my last pregnancy, which resulted in a live birth, I have had a bloated belly that makes me look at least 5 months pregnant. I eat healthy and can not lose more than a pound or 2 and gain it right back as fast as it went. My appetite is very abnormal. I m either extremely hungry or not at all. I m ALWAYS tired and I find it easy to lose my breath from simple tasks. I am 254 pounds. Gained all my weight during my last 2 pregnancies. Pre pregnancy weight was 120 pounds. Both live births resulted in c-sections. I have had consistent diarrhea since giving birth in September 2012 without any know reason despite colonoscopy and gi scopes. Also I have excruciating menstral cramps and very heavy bleeding and clotting. I have had bleeding from my colon in February 2013. Which resulted in a hospital stay. And over the last year I have begun developing cysts throughout my body. Some are painful. Some are not. I have cysts on my legs. On my back. And a rather large one in my uterus which ruptured in March of this year. Also my libido is deminishing consitantly. I find my self easily irritable and I cry very easily as well. My doctors are baffled. What could be wrong. More and more symptoms keep piling on but none of them are specific. They just seem like a bunch of random mess. I get out and exercise. 5 days a week at least 3 hours a day. I m not one to sit still. But it s getting harder and harder to stay active with the symptoms I have. Give me a clue. Please.
