Suggest Treatment For Incontinence

Hello, I am a woman 61 year old, I having a problem with holding my bladder , urine easily leaking out to my underwear! Can that problem be treatment? if yes, medication or operation? some time ago, some one told me, they have counter drug to help the bladder able to hold for long time (few hours). Another question, does alkaline water with Ph= above 7 would be good for our body than reqular water? Thank you
