Suggest Treatment For Increased Appetite With Thyroid Removed

i am 5 foot 6 inches and 191lbs african american or colored female--i have thyroid removed this time 3 years ago--i cannot regulate my appetite for nothing i need help--i know i am too big (hips and thighs and stomach) please help me beside getting thyroid checked in September 16 i am on acv (apple cider vinegar) before breakfast-- and it does not curb appetite i am still apt ot eat all days long --help me.

I read carefully your concerns.
I do not think that the under active thyroid is the cause of this huge weight gain.
I suppose you are taking levothyroxine after thyroidectomy in order to substitute the thyroid function.
I would suggest to try a low calorie diet with a nutritionistnutritionist physical activity for three months and if they result ineffective than surgical intervention to reduce the gastric volume is suggested.
I would not recommend apple vinegar for the appetite because it may cause gastritis even ulcera.
