Suggest Treatment For Increased Hair Loss, Fatigue, Depression And Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I m a 28 year old female and I ve been having severe hypothyroid over the past 2 months. Increased hair loss, depression, extreme fatigue, severe carpal tunnel syndrome, poor concentration, freezing cold, tingling of hands and fingers, etc. I recently had lab work done and still waiting on the results from my TPO but my other results were TSH: 2.08, T3: 2.50 (Range of 1.71-3.71) and T4: .93 (Range of .70-1.78). I understand that these are all in the normal range but I don t know what my normal is. I haven t been to an endocrinologist but I feel like something is not right. Im wondering if these numbers could still indicate a problem?

Hi,

Noted the history of a 28 year old female having severe hypothyroid over the past 2 months. Increased hair loss, depression, extreme fatigue, severe carpal tunnel syndrome, poor concentration, freezing cold, tingling of hands and fingers; lab tests that were within normal limits for thyroid, consulted an Endocrinologist also.
There is a condition in which the reports of thyroid functions can be normal but there is occult hypothyroidism and can be corrected with the help of an Endocrinologist.
Other conditions that can mimic such symptoms are typhoid, tuberculosis, some autoimmune disease and so on and can be diagnosed in the following ways:
