Hi, im dating a considerably older man, who just turned 50. For the last wk-2 wks when we try to have intercourse he is able to get hard but cant stay that way. Once it goes soft, nothing will get him hard again. Nothing. He stated that everytime he is about to ejaculate, he gets a sensation to pee instead. He has been unable to cum for a wk now i know. What could be causing these issues in a perfectly healthy man? He does not take any medications and we have been together for almost 2 yrs.

you can take PDE5 inhibitors if you don't have cardiac issues and hypotension.
