Suggest Treatment For Indigestion During Pregnancy

Hi, i am 3 months pregnant as per my last missed period. My concern is that my pregnancy didnt show in home urine test for quite a long time and my gync then gave me meprate for 5 days and when my periods didnt show even after that, she gave me a course of ovaral-l as well. I had severe indigestion during this while and i decided to consult another gync then, only to find out that there was a small dot of baby inside me which left me in shock. The doc also told me that there was a small blood spread that is placenta separation so there was 50/50 chance that my pregnancy would survive. I m now given duphaston and folic acid supplements twice a day along with hucog 5000 injection once in every 5 days. After 20 days, when i went back, doc said that my condition is improving and heart beat has come however the growth of baby might be slow and the placenta separation is far now bt still existing. I would like to add that i have no cramps or spotting as of now but still worried if my baby would be fine and am i on right medication now coz of my previous bad experience? Please help!
