Suggest Treatment For Infected Ingrown Hairs On Body

Hi. I'm a type I Diabetic, and I have an NLD scar on my left leg (I'm 23, female.), which is rare. I also have a nasty gash on said scar, that I feel isn't healing properly (I've had it for three months). After my last shower, I noticed I had a few ingrown hairs, which is odd because I NEVER get them. Said ingrown hairs have become infected with what looks like staph. And is getting worse day by day. I have three, and one looks bad. And the other two kinda look normal... but at this point, I don't even know if they're ingrown hairs anymore. I don't know what to do. I've had this for like... a week or so.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the ingrowing hair does not cause the infection still the site of this ingrowing hair is most important and you have not mentioned about this, you need to see the doctor because this need to be removed, take care and have a nice day.
