Suggest Treatment For Infection And Large Kidney Stone

I had a large kidney stone July 2014 and it came with an infection. Temp then of 104 and PCP sent me to ER; one week in hospital where they inserted a stent. Stent unleashed infection through whole body and ICU for 2 days. I have been super careful since with diet, etc, but have been feeling real pain since approx. 3 days now. No fever or nausea but what should I do? ER? Very scared. Pain level comes and goes but right now about 6.

Dear what is the size of the stone, where it is located??? The story stone >7mm size difficult to pass in urine. Again it get infection cause problems like pyelonephritis etc..

Give antipyretic, antibiotics, and pain killer. Please consult your urologist for further evaluation.
