Suggest Treatment For Infection On Foot After Injury

I dropped a big ceramic table on my foot a week ago then went to the er they did xrays and said i had an infection and gave me antibiotics now the area is more bruised than before with a large knot doctor was rushing and wrote down that i had an abrasion clearly its not a scrape and he was very rude what should i feel its getting worse

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the wound then care need to be taken for healing because with the infection it may not be healed, so better antibiotic may be needed, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
