Suggest Treatment For Infection On Foot Post Injury
My brother stubbed his toe about a week ago, and hasn t done any treatment . It is now looking infected with puss under the nail. He can t get to urgent care until tomorrow, would a hot water soak be advised? He doesn t have any Epsom salts but was wondering if table salt, baking soda, or vinager added to water would be advised. He is diabetic as well.

I don't think that using hot weather,soda or Epson salt will help. He needs to clean it to doctor, needs to drain puss and also to use antibiotics. He may not loose time since he is a diabetic.
