Suggest Treatment For Infection On Penile Shaft

I had an infection on my penile shaft. Went to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics and received antibiotics IV. I have an appointment on Thursday but had a question before then. There is a hard lump where the infection was. All pain is gone and there isn't any swelling or redness, but I was wondering what this hard lump is? It hasn't shown any signs of going away for the past two days. I am 28 years old, 5'11", and 250 lbs. I have asthma, but other than that I don't have much in the way of medical history. Blood pressure is good, and so is cholesterol.

infection is on penile shaft, sogofor STDtest. also go for hemogram including esr, intreatment can have consultation with skin and vd doctor. it can also scabies. sexual partners if any are also to be examined.
