Suggest Treatment For Infertility In A Male

hi,am a 43 yr old man.married for 1 yr but has not been able to impregnant my wife.i was previously married to this other woman for 4 years but she was not able to conceive until we were divorced and she remarried and now she has got an issue.so now have come to realised that the problem is actually from me.i dont know what to do.please i need help.

Thanks for your query, In my opinion, you need to get a semen analysis done. the future course of action can be determined after the test. even if that test is abnormal or deficient, it is not end of the world, because there are treatments available for a lot of problems in today's world
