Suggest Treatment For Infertility Problem In A 42 Year Old Woman

Hi there I'm 42 years old recently and have had three long term relationships, I always used to say I would never have kids, marry etc. In all these 3 relationships after a period of time me an my partner at the time never took precautions. This is over a 19 year period with also a couple of short term relationships in between and I have never once got pregnant. So really about 23 years. I have been to a fertility clinic with my partner and when they were coming up with nothing I stopped going. They were more concerned I stopped smoking ( which we both did). Please help as I don't know where to go from here.

hi...with 23 yrs of unprotected contact.....most important is..was it regular /or how much frequency was .since you say all tests normal
wants tubes are good,egg formation is good,
partners semen also normal
then how was menstrual cycle...regular ,normal flow
if all good...then hormone e like day2FSH,LH,AMH,TSH,Prolactin
all to be done
then D2 antral follicle count:no. of eggs in ovaries on D2 by Ultrasound
gives us the idea how ovary function is currently
then we decide our plan of action
