Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having PCOS

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for a couple of months. My periods have always been very regular (30-31 day cycle). My LMP was on the 3rd of July. I took my first cycle of Siphene 50mg as prescribed by my doctor and ovulated on the 17th day of my cycle. I was then prescribed Duphaston 10mg one tab daily for 15 days. I took the medicine and stopped on the 2nd of Aug. My period was due on the 3rd but it has still not come. Should I go in for a pregnancy test now or should I wait longer for my periods to come?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are lookin for pregnancy and it is the amenorrhea then you can wait for some time like few months if this is the pregnancy then you would find the obvious symptoms of this still ultrasonography can be done, and hope this information helps.
