Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having PCOS
I am pcos. Now 32, 5 years of marriage. Trying to conceive since from first day of our marriage. My doc suggested me for Fertomid and duphaston. I took medicine for 3 months. First two months, no results. But in third month, I got ovulated on day 15 of my period, then have blood spotting on day 25 &26, got periods on day 28 that remains for one day with jelly like clotting only But since from ovulation to till date (5 weeks), I have all the pregnancy symptoms. I did two home pregnancy tests and one blood test, all are negative. Please advise
The medication prescribed by your gynecologist is for PCOD.
While on treatment for PCOD regular follicular scan needs to be done to determine the exact date of ovulation and accordingly conception should be attempted on the day of ovulation.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for regular follicular scans.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
