Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having Ovarian Cyst

Hi i am ramya age 26years married ( 2 years over). i had problem with ovarian cyst. doctor gave yasmin and now the problem is solved in 2months. now i am trying to conceive doctor gave ccq50(5days), progynora(5 days) and duphaston (10 days) and she gave date to have sex. we are done with it. but now the tablets got over. i checked for pregnancy using pregnancy test kit but it showed negative.i am worried when i will conceive. i want to know whether we have to continue the sex or temporarily stop for now?
